One year
A year ago, I was still in our bridal suite getting ready to wed the best man in the world, my best friend, lover and partner-in-crime Frazer. August 6th 2011, became the most perfect of days, friends and family were all gathered, the sun was shining, plenty of good food and drinks around and great music, oh how we danced the night away. What's amazing is that I'm more in love today than ever before. If you find the right love, it makes your life easier. Because that is what love should do. Loving Frazer is the easiest and most fulfilling thing in the world and I'm proud to be his Wife. Life is good.

Update 5: Dog sitting Bonny
"Bon-bons" (my nickname for her) has come to stay with us for a few days. I was a little bit nervous to take on a more energetic and younger doggie, but it's been great. Our pack leading skills have been put to the test and I have to say we've passed with flying colours! Arnie is also enjoying having a four-legged buddie and I think Bonny likes it too ;)
Update 3: 7 years of loveliness!
We celebrated 7 years together (23/7) in two ways. We went to CakeBoy for afternoon tea (amazing) for out of this world sandwiches and cakes! O-M-G!
We also went to Skåne for 2 night to see Marie and Caspar, who funnily enough met and got together on the same night as my husband and I did. We had a fun filled few days and we can't wait to do it again soon!

Update 2: Friends dates
We went to see the new Batman film on its opening day and I think it was a brilliant end to the trilogy. If you haven't seen it yet, please do so. I really need to remember to not eat so much popcorn when I go to the cinema though...but I can't help it!
We also christen our new light blue Weber BBQ, perfectly timed with the Olympics opening ceremony. Pimm's, BBQ stuff, snacks and a yummy dessert later and after watching the
3h show I felt very proud to be a UK resident! Go GB!
Frazer also has now perfected his Irish Coffee. Irish born Siobhan, 91 years young, helped him perfect it - we love her!

Update 1: Summer holiday routine "The first stage"
The two first weeks of my summer holiday have gone so quickly and I feel like I've done so much. I often feel like I need a routine to stick to when I'm off, otherwise I get very little done. So the first stage is filled with "to do" lists and lots of practical stuff that I haven't got around to. However last week was mostly spent sunbathing (you have to worship the sun when it decides to come out) and getting settled in the house which was nice. Arnie and I have started bootcamp, walking for 1h in the morning in a nearby park (as well has mid and afternoon walks). I have also been to the gym (we'll see how long I can keep this up). I think the first stage is coming to an end...
