Quick note

To say that my Nespresso aeroccino stopped working a while ago and I haven't bothered to get it fixed. I've just got off the phone to them and I have to say that Nespresso have been nothing but a joy to deal with. They have arranged for my aeroccino to be picked up and for another one to be delivered - now that's good service I tell ya!

Finally Friday!

Man, this week has really dragged on. Finally it's Friday afternoon, sun is shining and I'm sitting in the garden, enjoying a well earned Sanesso with some Jelly-beans, whilst planning my next H&M shop! Let the weekend begin!

A morning on my own

Frazer got up at 6am (!!!) to head off to a gym session and I was left by myself in bed. Obviously Arnie woke up as the door shut and started his morning routine, so I got up too. I've just had a lovely breakfast listening to BBC2 and gearing myself up to take the pooch to the park. I'm happy it's not raining. Nearly Friday oh and Circuits tonight - hoo-haaaaaa!!!

Frazer and Arnie were watching some form of motor sport when I came home. Man, he's taught him well!

After the gym last night I feel on top. I'm so determine to get fit for fight this autumn. So many fun things are happening in the next few weeks: wedding at the weekend, mum and dad popping over the week after that, then after that there's always the cluck-cluck hen do, visit of Marie and Caspar and the marriage of Mickan & Gabbe not to mention trip to Hong Kong. Massive whoop whoop!

Got a class booked, but I'm doing some of my programme before and after too! Hoo ha!

Gel-ified

I'm loving my new gel nails! The acrylics had to come off, so I opted for this new gel polish (which lasts 2-3 weeks) and doesn't chip. Love the colour!

Slobber chops!

At the weekend Frazer and I went to a fun dog show in Bushy Park. After entering the pooch in three categories, we ended up taking home a first and a second place. The second place was for waggiest tail, and quite an achievement since more than 30 dogs were entered. The first place was for slobber chops, which more or less was an obvious - no other dog stood a chance. Before going home we saw a couple of miniature ponies which we had to let Arnie meet. He was so petrified, bless him! The ponies were only a couple of inches taller than him so the meeting did create a bit of a crowd :)

That's how I felt after finding these two mini bad boys in a cupboard at work. Friday treat - I think so! Two more hours to go...

Proud.

So proud of Hayley for being so good. Example's album is number one on the UK TOP 40 chart and I think it's entirely down to the look of the album cover - therefore well done lovely!

Happiness

What a week this has been! I thought the first week back was going to be tough, but I was wrong. I'm soaking up every little minute of quiet time. Just made myself a Sanesso, had a banana (how sad is that) and now I'm listening to Simon & Art. My husband (totally chuffed I can write that now, heehee!) will be home in a second and then it's time for din-dins and then off the gym for circuits (pray for me!). Delighted it's Friday tomorrow, looking forward to the weekend. Let's pull together and give it one last push!

Sabrina Jenevieve Scarlet Jay was born 19:36 in Hong Kong. We couldn't be happier for SJ and PJ!

One year ago...

I had to leave this little guy to go back to work after one of the most intense summer holidays of my life.


This was yesterday, just before going back to work. This summer has been amazing and one of the best of my life!


He still looks tiny to me, even though he's 87kg!
