A morning on my own

Frazer got up at 6am (!!!) to head off to a gym session and I was left by myself in bed. Obviously Arnie woke up as the door shut and started his morning routine, so I got up too. I've just had a lovely breakfast listening to BBC2 and gearing myself up to take the pooch to the park. I'm happy it's not raining. Nearly Friday oh and Circuits tonight - hoo-haaaaaa!!!
