I've had one of those weeks, you know those when you feel like you're a bit out of it. Going to the gym went out the window (which I'm catching up with this weekend), making lovely dinners also never really happened and all because I've just been really tired.
Rather than beating myself up about it, I've excepted that you sometimes have weeks or a few days when you're not on form. It's usually your body telling you to stop, take a second and rest.
This morning I feel like the shift has happened. Was woken up at 8 by my husband, who had been up for a while watching the F1 qualifying (crazy). A breakfast and Sanesso later I'm now listening to him screaming swear words to the TV (Rugby's obviously on). My day plan involves walking Arnie, getting my nails done, having a mega gym session and making a trip to the supermarket. The evening plan is a lot blurrier, maybe a meal out and a movie?
At some point this weekend I need to get a new party dress for next week's hen party. Since I suspect that the hen herself might be reading this blog I can't reveal what we are going to do, but believe me, it's going to be HUGE!!! So excited!!!!
