What a brilliant day for a birthday!
We started our morning with a run with our PT, Jamie at 8:30 (!!). I still felt tired from yesterday's session, but I didn't moan (at least not as much as I usually do). After the run we walked Arnie over to no 31, to have an English breakfast and now we're back at home out in the sunshine! Lovely clear air and a perfect temperature of 22 degrees!

Arnie joined in in the singing and when I handed over all the presents and cards. Since I'm on a teacher's strike today we've been laying in bed for the past hour - soon it's time for PT! No rest just cus it's Frazer's birthday!

Recap!
Okay let me rewind a bit.
Busy week, bloody busy week.
PT Sunday and Monday (a last push before the white dress comes on).
Tuesday. An inset on until late - we were suppose to get work done, but who honestly cam be productive when the sun is beaming outside - urrgh! Was recharged by Freddie cuddles, a few digestives and two cups of tea.
Wednesday. A tough Yr 10 Parents Evening. The caliber of parents are truly changing - and are a lot more demanding, which is welcoming but also a mental challenge.
Thursday. I finally tried my wedding dress on. Magic.
Friday. Midsommar Afton, so I had strawberries with milk in the morning - just cause. Walk with Arnie in the morning in the sun.
(I think he thought we were getting the midsummer pole ready...)
Sweet day at work. My tutor group is so fantastic - I'll feel so sad not to see them every morning in Sept. Got lots done at work. When I came home I was met by sight of my beautiful man cutting the grass and Arnie ran towards me when I got out of the car - bliss!
Finished the evening screaming at the tv - first at Murray and then singing along to U2 @ Glastonbury.
Saturday. Busy, busy, busy. Mega long breakfast. Took Arnie to the park. Took Arnie to the photographer. Didn't really mean to spend any money. Spent £125. A quick run into Kingston. An afternoon of wedding planning with the F1 in the background. Off to Sunbury in the evening. Wore a new dress - felt super pretty. Beer garden with fiancé, dog and John. Love John. He travels much in his spare time. I wanna go somewhere soon. Sweden in 12 days?
Sunday. Lay in. Coldplay @ Glasto. Strawberries again. Coldplay is much better than U2. Tanning in garden. Dancing in garden. Paulo Nutini - 10/10. Love dancing in a bikini. Love it even more that I get Frazer to dance. I'm so in love. 30 + degrees and time for PT - outside. Running. We did it though. Now resting after a magical BBQ with Jack and Hayley. Bring on Beyoncé at Glasto - Yummy Sunday!!!

Knackered
But nice knackered, that's how I feel.
Had a lovely morning which included a lovely breakfast and a shot of espresso.
He gives me this look when it's time to take a walk...
So we then therefore started off with a 45min walk in the sunshine to get the blood pumping!
Man, am I happy we've worked so hard with Arnie that he has become easiest dog to walk. We always try to practice calm assertive leadership, and with Arnie it truly works. The 80kg dog just walks next to you, stops when you want him to and acts friendly to other people and dogs. Freaking great!
After that it was time for a mega clean, did a few washes and polished the place until it sparkled. Oh so boring, but oh so nice to do.
In the middle of it all I find out that the baby shower that I was meant to go to later on that afternoon had been cancelled, since the woman in question had gone into labour! How funny is that? Anyway Laura worked hard for a number of hours and so now she and Alex are proud parents of a baby girl called Madeline - Congratulations!!!!
Since the change of plans it then meant we could meet up a bit earlier with Hayley and Jack. After a quick visit to the Shadbolt fun day we escaped the rain, let off the dog at home and when for a lovely 3-course meal in a pub in Kingswood. Mega lovely!
Since we got back we've managed to watch two movies "127 hours" and "Kung fu Panda" (most of which I sadly slept through), kissed and cuddled lots. How can you love someone this much?

Oh Veronica - you're so sweet, like bubblegum!
I've been listening a lot to Veronica Maggio's newish album and it's so sweet. Love the fresh tone of her voice and the song "Välkommen in" (Welcome inside) since it reminds me of being about 10 years younger in Sweden.

Hayley has become one of my closest buddies over the past year or so - she's absolutely fab!!! I'm so chuffed that her own business has really taken off over the past year. She works so hard and the work really pays off - check out her styling in Example's new (UK No1) video "Changed the way you kiss me".

Man let the weekend begin! I've been pumping some Alex Gaudino ft Kelly Rowland at 8:30 in the morning - which pretty much shows what mood I'm in - whoop whoop!

My Swedish and U.K girls all in one place = 100% happiness!
I got some very interesting gifts, but the one that nearly made me cry (for a third time by this point) was a CD filled with songs chosen by the girls. It's now in my car ready to be played!
The competitive spirits were high - Toliet roll wedding dress making!
Beautiful bathrobs to be used for the treatments! SJ is flippen AMAZING at the small details!
The all of a sudden the "taxi" arrived!!!
How blessed am I to have these girls in my life!

After a ride into London we started off at a cocktail club - Mr & Mrs Quiz and Truth & Dare was to be expected!

I've never taken my girlfriends for granted, since I know how tough it can be to stay together and the fact that it takes a lot of effort to keep friendships going. After this weekend I felt nothing but pure 100% happiness and I still feel like that looking back at these pictures. I can't wait until I get to them all together again in Sweden - Bring of The Wedding of 2011!!!!
