But nice knackered, that's how I feel.


Had a lovely morning which included a lovely breakfast and a shot of espresso.


He gives me this look when it's time to take a walk...


So we then therefore started off with a 45min walk in the sunshine to get the blood pumping!


Man, am I happy we've worked so hard with Arnie that he has become easiest dog to walk. We always try to practice calm assertive leadership, and with Arnie it truly works. The 80kg dog just walks next to you, stops when you want him to and acts friendly to other people and dogs. Freaking great!

After that it was time for a mega clean, did a few washes and polished the place until it sparkled. Oh so boring, but oh so nice to do.

In the middle of it all I find out that the baby shower that I was meant to go to later on that afternoon had been cancelled, since the woman in question had gone into labour! How funny is that? Anyway Laura worked hard for a number of hours and so now she and Alex are proud parents of a baby girl called Madeline - Congratulations!!!!

Since the change of plans it then meant we could meet up a bit earlier with Hayley and Jack. After a quick visit to the Shadbolt fun day we escaped the rain, let off the dog at home and when for a lovely 3-course meal in a pub in Kingswood. Mega lovely!

Since we got back we've managed to watch two movies "127 hours" and "Kung fu Panda" (most of which I sadly slept through), kissed and cuddled lots. How can you love someone this much?
